Late Cancellations

Cancellations/modifications must be made no later than the day prior to your tee time to avoid a charge of $25 + gst (per person, per tee spot not filled)

For those booking a second 9 holes, this policy will apply to BOTH of your tee times. (if someone books 2 x 9 hole tee times the fee for missing the two tee times is 2 x $25)

Ways we communicate this policy to customers to assist in the process:

Booking Confirmation Email - booking confirmation email will be sent when the tee time is booked.

Reminder Email - 24 hour reminder emails sent to remind golfers of their reservation.

Terms & Conditions - All bookings made online will be asked to agree to terms and conditions that include details about this policy.

Our growing car club needed a bigger venue for our monthly meetings and Kelowna Springs Golf Club made us feel right at home. The food was terrific, the service impeccable and the venue was perfect for our needs. Liisa is an awesome hostess and bent over backwards to serve 50 people in record time. We will be back!

We always eat after our round of golf here. They are consistently good at keeping the specials a mix of interesting dishes. Prices are fair and service is good. We have often met others sitting on the patio enjoying the view only to find out they were not golfers but came because of the good food. The view from the patio and the window seats inside all have a super view of the 18th, the small lake and the course.

"The course is very flat which makes for an easy walk. There are a lot of sand bunkers to negotiate (which seemed to have a magnet in them for my ball) but they played consistently which is all you can ask for."

We recently attending a meeting at Kelowna Springs Golf Club and we were absolutely amazed at the buffet that was put on. We had a roast beef being carved and all the food that was on the buffet was seriously great. Cannot recommend this place enough for any event that requires a buffet! They know how to ensure everyone is happy!
