Late Cancellations
Cancellations/modifications must be made no later than the day prior to your tee time to avoid a charge of $25 + gst (per person, per tee spot not filled)
For those booking a "REPLAY" 9 holes, this policy will apply to BOTH of your tee times. (if someone books 2 x 9 hole tee times the fee for missing the two tee times is 2 x $25).
Ways we communicate this policy to customers to ensure golfers are informed about their upcoming game of golf:
- Booking Confirmation Email - booking confirmation email will be sent when the tee time is booked.
- Reminder Email - 24 hour reminder emails sent to remind golfers of their reservation.
- Terms & Conditions - All bookings made online will be asked to agree to terms and conditions that include details about this policy.
